Consultations are available for you to learn how Chinese medicine can help you to live in harmony with your own body’s unique needs, even if you’re not having acupuncture or taking Chinese herbs.

Using the principles of yin and yang and the wu xing (five elements), I can guide you on diet, exercise, lifestyle, mindfulness and emotional regulation to cultivate optimum physical and mental wellbeing.
